# Access granted to model - 404 error

Hi. I was given access to a model and received the HF email notification. When I click the link I’m receiving a 404 error. What are my next steps to resolve, please?

Hi @BrightonAgency Which model did you request access to? The link in the email should take you directly to the model page, so you can also find it by searching the [models](https://huggingface.co/models).

@meganariley nevermind. the model was made public by the owner and I can now access it.
