Add paper link to model card

This PR adds a link to the paper Srijika: OpenType-Layout-Reusing Font Restyling for Nine Indic Scripts in the model card, making it easier for users to find the underlying research. No metadata changes are needed, as the existing YAML metadata is already complete and correct.
