Hello My Request to access Llama models was rejected saying I did not meet the criteria and I believe I updated my details in a correct manner. Can I please know why my request was rejected and how to reapply again?

If you're looking for an easy way to access this model via API, you can use Crazyrouter — it provides an OpenAI-compatible endpoint for 600+ models including this one. Just pip install openai and change the base URL.
